Does Google ads is showing our competitor in their ads?

I have one site, if I place Google ads in it, I get my competitor's advertisement on my site.

Yes, Google will show every ad related to your site, there isn`t any way to avoid this.  Sad
If you don`t want this try another PPC network with filtering options.

No one is perfect in this world, Google is also having some drawbacks with them and this is one of them. If you can work with it then google welcomes you.

Buddy you have to bear that annoyance or else your earning will be affected by it. We are helpless in this matter and have to unwillingly follow it. Is there any other way that can be viewed as an alternative of google adsense?

Yes, first I used to follow this. But now earning a little in affiliate programs which are related to your site. Join some affiliate programs which are related to your site. Choose an affiliates which are not your competitors.

I think that then also it is not possible to ignore them completely and you will be facing the same problem but this can somehow decrease the effect.

Yes it shows most of the time...
It actually depends on the content of your site and the sponsors/advertiser Smiley
If advertisers want there advertisements to be shown then google can't do anything,as they are paying google for there ads Smiley
