So what exactly is rewriting? Is it when someone provides a blog post, entry, or article, and then has someone look over it to re-word and check spelling and grammar? If so, I too might be interested in this service.

I think that there is something missing in your concept. Its not just checking the grammar like that, it requires good skill because you know what is written but not sure about what should be written, to make it correct.
