I own the website www.TalkSportsHere.com and wanted to implement a new banner on the top. The one I currently have looks a little boring. Can anyone make one for me with some sports equipment or something that goes along with the theme? Maybe a few balls or other sport-related items hanging on the letters or something like that. Please let me know.

I suggest you match the gleaming 3 d effect of the banner bar on the right to the top right banner bar area background of the text. fade it into the smooth efect on the left hand of the banner text area.

I wouldn't ruin that effect. But a dimensionalized recession border or gray and a bright shade, maybe bright blue around the banner or at corners could live things up.

You know those diagonal ribbons you see on the corner of sites? Do something small but bright.

On the black white and yellow will pop for sure.

ps you do know the title graphic could be brought into color to save the work of a new thing?

Yes, I knew that, and I agree that white would look pretty good, along with maybe some orange or red, but I would love the effect of having sports-related graphics on there somewhere. It helps with attractiveness, creativity, and relates to the entire site very well. I know it might ruin the banner, but playing with it and seeing what these features would do wouldn't hurt. =)

Using sports related graphics would be a better idea but do use the colors with the bright shades. This will help in grabbing the attention more easily on a white background.
