Hi

Just wondering if anyone has ever run a successful questions and answer website like yahoo answers? if so I was wondering what software you used to run it and anything else you care to mention

I would think that spam would be a big problem..

Thanks for any replies!

I have one social network where i have Q&A script installed. It is working fine for me to get traffic but only trouble is some people are joining with intention of link baiting. I see that is trouble to web these days.

Some people even go to higher extent. Ask question with one account and answer with another, this is also qualifies for spam. I have found such accounts and added to ban list.

Q&A website is good one to grab more traffic as you are not restricted only to a particular niche.

You can frame any kind of Questions and the only thing to attract users is you need to make it user friendly by properly organizing the type of questions.
